We are committed to providing healthy, happy, and well-cared-for pug puppies. This Puppy Health Guarantee outlines the terms and conditions of your puppy’s health coverage.

1. Health Guarantee Period

We guarantee your puppy is in good health and free from any life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for:

  • 72 Hours Post-Purchase: Covers contagious illnesses (excluding stress-related or environmental illnesses).

  • 1 Year from Birth: Covers life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects.

2. Initial Veterinary Examination

To validate this guarantee, the buyer must:

  1. Take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing them home.

  2. Provide proof of this examination upon request.

Failure to complete the initial examination voids this guarantee.

3. Health Declaration

At the time of purchase, the puppy has:

​

  • Received age-appropriate vaccinations.

  • Been dewormed and treated for parasites.

  • Undergone a health check by a licensed veterinarian.

A complete medical record will be provided, detailing vaccinations, treatments, and health checks.

4. Conditions Covered

This guarantee covers:

  • Life-threatening genetic or hereditary defects (e.g., hip dysplasia, severe cardiac conditions).

  • Infectious diseases present before the purchase.

5. Conditions Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor or temporary conditions such as colds, ear infections, or diarrheal due to environmental stress.

  • Injuries or illnesses caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

  • Parasitic infestations (e.g., fleas, ticks, worms) post-purchase.

6. Replacement Policy

If a covered condition is diagnosed:

  1. Notify us immediately with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian.

  2. If confirmed, the buyer will be offered:

    • A replacement puppy of equal value.

    • A partial or full refund (at the breeder’s discretion).

Shipping and transportation costs for replacements are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Buyer’s Responsibilities

To maintain this guarantee, the buyer must:

  • Provide routine veterinary care (vaccinations, deworming, and check-ups).

  • Feed the puppy a nutritious, high-quality diet appropriate for their age and size.

  • Ensure the puppy is in a safe, clean, and loving environment.

8. Disclaimer

This guarantee applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this guarantee.
